Business freepost
Our Freepost service works in a similar way to Business Reply and International Business Reply, but offers slightly greater flexibility.
With Freepost, there is no need to pre-print reply cards or envelopes with your address and pre-paid postage. Once you are signed up to the Freepost service, you will have an allocated Freepost number and customers simply address their responses to your business at the Freepost number.
When replies are received, we record each response that uses your Freepost number and calculate the total costs due. The charges associated with this service are:
- An annual licence fee of £94.10 for the Freepost number
- A 2p charge per item plus the cost of the postage from its destination to Jersey for every item received
The Freepost service is particularly useful for businesses running regular television or radio campaigns which ask customers to reply in writing.
