Business reply
We understand how important it is to keep in touch with your customers and our Reply Services can make your direct marketing campaigns significantly more effective by facilitating the reply process.
Business reply enables you to pre-print your reply cards or envelopes with your address and pre-paid postage. The service can be tailored depending on your requirements:
- Replies from UK or Channel Island – Business Reply
- Replies from countries outside of the UK - International Business Reply Service

Costs
The service operates by licence which currently costs £90.93 per business reply licence. For each reply received, we charge 1p plus the cost of the postage from its destination to Jersey.
