Cost
As a PO Box customer, you will be issued with a set of keys specific to your PO Box, guaranteeing the security of your company’s mail. The costs associated with this service are as follows:

*Please note - the £185.00 charge above is an annual fee. Those customers commencing their PO Box service part way through the year will be charged a pro-rata payment based on the number of remaining months in the year.

Set up
From receipt of a completed application form and associated paperwork, a PO Box service normally takes around 7 workings days to set up. Once your PO Box service is operational, your mail will be available for collection from our Commercial Street Counter during the normal opening hours of 08:30 and 18:00.
