Items that weigh over 2kg (but under 30kg*) and/or have dimensions exceeding those shown in the diagram below, are classified as Parcels which can be sent from any Jersey Post outlet. (For items weighing under 2kg and not exceeding the dimensions below, please click here.)
Any parcel that contains merchandise and is being sent off-island, will need to have a completed Customs declaration form (CN22) stuck to the reverse of the item. Please also ensure that your item is securely and appropriately packaged to protect the contents.
However for your convenience, we are able to offer some additional services for our business customers.
Parcels under 30kg - UK
Jersey Post is the appointed local delivery agent for Parcelforce, offering business customers easy and convenient access to cost-effective parcel logistics.
For example, if your business needs to send a parcel weighing up to 30kg to the UK, we can collect this item from your office and send it to the UK via Parcelforce from as little as £15.74*.

Parcels under 30kg - international
With access to Parcelforce’s UK operation and network partners that span over 240 countries worldwide, we can offer business customers easy and convenient access to cost-effective parcel logistics.
International parcels have a weight limit of 30kg but some countries do impose other specific weight limits for certain parcel services. For more information on countries, zones and parcel weight restrictions, please see the Related Links section opposite.
Parcels up to 50kg
In partnership with global delivery agent FedEx, we are able to offer an express, door-to-door courier service for documents and dutiable items to over 214 countries worldwide. This service is designed for shipments of any weight where individual pieces can weigh up to as must as 50kg*.
