New! Cash to Account (Poland)
The Cash to Account service is a new account deposit service from MoneyGram that gives customers a greater choice cash transfer options.
The service allows Polish customers to send money directly to any Polish Zloty bank account. Unlike other MoneyGram services, Cash to Account doesn’t rely on MoneyGram's network of agents in Poland as the money is sent directly to any Polish Zloty account.
Cash sent using this service will be credited to the Polish Zloty account within 24 hours. However, customers choosing to send money before midday will benefit from the added advantage of the money arriving the same day.
Sending money is easy
To use this simple service, please follow these steps:
- Register for the service by calling free on 0800 8971 8971 and confirm your name and phone number. You can also register online by clicking here.
- Then you will need to provide the name, address and bank account number of the recipient. (Some MoneyGram Agents may request ID from the sender depending on the transfer amount.)
- You will be issued with your unique registration number (RRN)
- Each time you want to pay money into the Polish account, you need to bring your RRN to the nearest Jersey Post Office, hand the money you want to transfer and the transaction fee of £9.99 to the Jersey Post Counter Clerk and your money will be transfered.
Please note - you only need to register online or by phone once to use this service. The RRN that you are given can then be reused each time you wish to transfer money to the Polish account. The RRN means that you do not need to supply the receiver's details for each transaction which will help to save you time!
MoneyGram’s Standard 10 minute Collection Service is still available. The Cash to Account service simply provides even greater choice and flexibility for sending and receiving money.
