Retention of mail
If you’re planning on going away for a length of time you might want to consider using our retention of mail service. With this service, we will hold your mail for a period of time of up to two months. The service costs from £18.94 and from receipt of the relevant paperwork, requires five working days to set up.
To apply for either of these services you need:
- To fill in an application form which can be downloaded by clicking on the link in the relevant links section;
- To bring this form, together with the relevant payment, proof of ID (passport, driving licence or bus pass), and a utility bill, bank or credit card statement to any post office.
From receipt of this information, it will take approximately five working days to set up this service.
