How do I use these stamps?
First, you need to check that your item fits within the Letter category. This means that it must not exceed the following dimensions and weight:

To do this, you can use the Size-based Pricing measuring guide that was sent to all households in May. If you have misplaced your measuring guide, please contact Customer Services to request a new one.
Then, simply apply the correct stamp for the service you require.
Can I use these stamps if my item is larger than the dimensions above?
No, unfortunately these stamps are only valid for items that are fall within the Letter category. If you have an item that is larger or heavier than the dimensions above, you can still use these stamps but additional postage will also be required.
