Parcels and post offices
Items that weigh over 2kg (but under 30kg*) and/or have dimensions exceeding those shown in the diagram below, are classified as Parcels which can be sent from any Jersey Post outlet. (For items weighing under 2kg and not exceeding the dimensions below, please click here.)

Any parcel that contains merchandise and is being sent off-island, will need to have a completed Customs declaration form (CN22) stuck to the reverse of the item. Please also ensure that your item is securely and appropriately packaged to protect the contents.
*Please note - 30kg is the maximum weight for parcels but some countries impose additional weight restrictions on parcel post. For more information on weight restrictions, parcel post zones and rates, please see the Related Links section. Merchandise can be delayed for inspection by Customs.
University movers
Jersey Post can send parcels weighing up to 30kg to the UK from just £18! This saves students from excess baggage fees and a heavy load to carry. Next day delivery and signed for services

Compensation for undelivered items
