Ordering information
You can order our stamps by mail order, telephone, fax or using our secure online ordering system.
All registration, logon and account updating pages related to ordering are protected with online payment security. If you prefer to order by post, please send your order to Jersey Post Philatelic Bureau, Postal Headquarters, JERSEY, JE1 1AB. Please ensure your cheque is made payable to 'Jersey Post Ltd.'
Delivery Times
We endeavour to deliver your goods within 15 to 28 working days from acceptance of an order, depending on location, method of payment and the availability of goods. Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only. Please be aware that delays are possible at peak times, such as Christmas, and around seasonal 'standing order' stamp issue despatch dates. You should also be aware that all orders are subject to Customs clearance.
Customs / Import Charges
Some items posted to destinations outside Jersey may be liable to Customs/import duty over which we have no control. Whilst we regret the levying of such charges it is entirely the prerogative of the country of destination. Jersey Post now collects VAT in advance on orders from UK customers where appropriate.
Handling Charge
Standing order account holders do not pay handling charges for their standing order requirements. However, any additional orders made will incur a fee. Appropriate handling charges on all other orders will be applied.
Currency
All transactions are processed in UK pounds (GBP). Payments by credit card are automatically converted at current exchange rates.
