SEPAC
The Small European Postal Administrations Cooperation (SEPAC) was established in 1994 when Philatelic Agent, Paolo de Rosa, initiated an annual conference for the small, independent post offices, which he represented. This conference gave these postal administrations the opportunity to discuss various philatelic matters of interest specifically appropriate to smaller postal administrations.
When Paolo de Rosa sold his philatelic agency to Afinsa, in 1999 the member postal administrations created what is now known as the annual SEPAC conference.
Over the years, the value of the SEPAC conference has grown considerably to the extent that two conferences were held in 2005 to discuss a SEPAC joint post office and postal administration marketing campaign, and two conferences took place in 2006 to discuss the innovative SEPAC joint stamp issue and the introduction of the SEPAC official logo.
Jersey is a member of SEPAC and produces SEPAC joint issue stamps on a regular basis.
