2024 Customer Survey launches

Posted • 26 February 2024

Households across the island will receive a copy of the Jersey Post 2024 customer survey from Monday 26th February. Our posties will be delivering the survey to all parishes throughout the week.

Islanders will be asked 6 questions on the survey, including their opinions on how Jersey Post can improve its service; specific questions covering the Jersey to Jersey and Jersey to UK/Guernsey delivery services; as well as customers postal priorities. There will also be an opportunity to mention a postie, branch colleague or other member of the Jersey Post team who has gone above and beyond. The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete.

Islanders will be given a prepaid envelope to return the survey in, or it can be filled out online at www.jerseypost.com/survey.

Julie Thomas, Managing Director Postal & Logistics, at Jersey Post, welcomes islanders feedback. She says: “Our focus this year is to understand islanders’ needs and to deliver for our community, always ensuring we’re offering value for money and the best possible service. This is your opportunity to help us shape our priorities, so we know what is most important for your postal service. We are listening.”

In 2023, Jersey Post delivered over 11 million letters and 4 million parcels to 44,000 addresses, connecting 100,000 islanders. Posties run a full delivery service 5 days a week, with a Saturday morning parcel delivery service. Along with Royal Mail and Parcelforce, Jersey Post also delivers for Amazon, Yodel, DPD, Hello Fresh and UPS, giving islanders access to popular UK brands, John Lewis, Nespresso, Very Group and Joules. More than 90% of letters and parcels are delivered within 24 hours of arriving in Jersey.

For surveys completed by Friday 15th March, there is a chance to win one of three Amazon vouchers (worth £100 each). Please see our website for terms and conditions.

Customers with any queries on the survey should please contact our Customer Care team on customercare@jerseypost.com.
