Andy Jehan

As Director of Postal Operations, Andy is responsible for the core postal operation, focusing on customer service and efficiency. Andy has been at Jersey Post for over 32 years working his way up from telegram boy to this key role within the organisation today.

Over the last 10 years Andy has held and succeeded at several senior management positions at Jersey Post, culminating in him being appointed General Manager of Jexpress and Postal Services – a role he held for 3 years.  Following a restructure in 2010, Andy was appointed to the position of Head of Major Projects where he led on a number of key business projects.

In January 2011, Andy was appointed Head of Client Relations, leading both the Client Relations team and Customer Services team. Since the end of September he has held the position of Head of Quality and Customer Service with specific focus on the management of postal services quality.

In addition to his work within the business, Andy has presented and chaired focus groups at international forums for the postal industry and is extremely active in the local community.
