The Jersey Post Group
The Jersey Post Group consists of a number of companies whose remit has significantly increased over the last two years. This is a result of the need to diversify into new businesses to help address the worldwide decline in use of traditional postal services. This has lead to the creation of the Postal Business and the Jersey Post International Development (JPID) divisions.
These new businesses have required the creation of new companies that function independently, but still report to the main group board of directors - Jersey Post International Limited – and comply with the overall group corporate governance framework.
