Julie Crabtree

Human Resource Development Director, Julie Crabtree joined Jersey Post in 2007 from a major Health Trust in the UK. She is a qualified HRD Practitioner who has experience of working in the private and public sectors, in unionised and non-unionised environments.

Julie is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and a licensed practitioner for a range of psychometric and development tools. She has a special interest in organisational development and, in particular, the management of change and manpower productivity.

Over and above Julie's role as HRD Director, Julie was appointed Interim Deputy Chief Executive in January 2011.
