Business Freepost

Business Freepost enables respondents to contact you without incurring any costs themselves. As such, it is the ideal solution for companies generating written responses from radio or TV advertising campaigns.

Working in a similar way to our Business Reply and International Business Reply services, Business Freepost offers greater flexibility whilst remaining cost-effective.

With Business Freepost, there is no need to pre-print reply cards or envelopes with your address and pre-paid postage. You are simply allocated a Freepost number which your customers use when addressing their responses to your business.

Administering Business Freepost is easy. We record each response that carries your Freepost number and then calculate the total costs due according to this simple charging structure:

• An annual licence fee of £94.10 for the Freepost number
• A 2p charge per item plus the cost of the postage from its destination to Jersey for every item received
