Our Business Reply service make it easy for your customers to respond to your marketing campaigns and at the same time, provide you with a simple way to measure the campaign’s success.

By pre-printing your reply cards or envelopes with your address and pre-paid postage, you remove the need for customers to address and stamp envelopes themselves, thereby overcoming one of the obstacles to customer response.

There are two categories of Business Reply service, making it easy for you to select the best one for your business:

• Business Reply – replies from the UK or Channel Islands
• International Business Reply – replies from countries outside of the UK and Channel Islands

Our Business Reply services benefit marketing campaigns and customer relationships by:

• Improving communications with your customers
• Improving response rates to any marketing campaign
• Improving measurement of specific marketing activities

Business Reply services are easy to administer. We record each pre-printed response received and then calculate the total costs due according to this simple charging structure:

• An annual licence fee of £94.10 for the Business Reply licence
• A 2p charge per item plus the cost of the postage from its destination to Jersey.
