With Business Reply, you pre-print reply cards or envelopes with your address and pre-paid postage. This removes the need for customers to address and stamp envelopes themselves, thereby overcoming one of the obstacles to customer response.
There are two categories of Business Reply service, making it easy for you to select the best one for your business:
- Business Reply – replies from the UK or Channel Islands
- International Business Reply – replies from countries outside of the UK and Channel Islands
These services benefit marketing campaigns and customer relationships by:

Business Reply services are easy to administer:
- An annual licence fee of £104.00 for the Business Reply
- Business Reply pre-printed responses are monitored and then the total cost due is calculated on the basis of 4p charge per item plus the cost of the postage from its destination to Jersey.
