15.12.09 - Letters to Father Christmas

Island children can entrust the delivery of letters to Father Christmas to Jersey Post to make sure they reach the North Pole in time for the elves to make sure that no gifts get left off the sleigh on Christmas Eve.

The letters should be addressed to Father Christmas, North Pole and do not require stamps as this traditional delivery is free. All children have to do is pop the letters in a post box or in special posting boxes which can be found in the Broad Street and Central Market Post Offices.

Although Father Christmas is very busy, he makes sure that his elves reply to the letters sent from Jersey. However, the elves can only do so if each child makes sure his or her name and address is clearly printed on the letters.
