PO Box

A PO Box service can help you manage incoming mail by separating specific items from your normal post or it can help you project a professional image with a discreet, non-geographic address.

As a PO Box customer, you will be issued with a set of keys specific to your PO Box, guaranteeing the security of your mail and enabling you to collect your mail at times that are convenient for you.

Pricing
PO Box prices are set in December each year for the year to come. 2013 prices are as follows:

Standard PO Box facility annual rental* £185.00
One off set-up fee (new services only) £98.37
Additional key/authority card £12.00 per key/card
Replacement lock (including 2 new keys) £46.35

*Please note - the £185.00 charge above is an annual fee. Those customers commencing their PO Box service part way through the year will be charged a pro-rata payment based on the number of remaining months in the year.

Naming
PO Boxes can operate with a number of names, which can be set up easily and cost-effectively:

Number of names  Cost 
1 – 4 names Free
 5 – 499 additional names £7.00 per name per year
Over 500 additional names £2.00 per name per year

Once we have received the completed application form and associated paperwork, it normally takes just seven days to set up a PO Box service.

Once your PO Box service is operational, your mail will be available for collection from our Commercial Street Counter during the normal opening hours of 08:30 and 18:00.
