If you’re planning on going away for a length of time you might want to consider using our retention of mail service. With this service, we will hold your mail for a period of time of up to two months. The service costs from £25.00 and from receipt of the relevant paperwork, requires five working days to set up.
To apply for this service please choose from one of the following options:
- Complete our online mail retention form and make payment with a valid Credit or Debit Card via our self-service portal; or
- Print and complete a retention of mail application form and bring this form, together with the relevant payment, proof of ID (passport, driving licence or bus pass), and a utility bill, bank or credit card statement to any post office.
