Following customer feedback and with the volume of packets and parcels increasing, Jersey Post is working hard to find ways of ensuring first time delivery to our customers. At present we are trialling an enhanced version of our existing SecureDrop service – SecureDrop PLUS – in St Helier, St Clement and St Saviour. This service will then be rolled out across the island from the end of January 2013.
SecureDrop PLUS enables you to select the alternative delivery option that best suits your
requirements from the following three options:
SecureDrop (Home):
Nominate a safely accessible, weatherproof location within the grounds of your property and:
This service is still available to all parishes outside of the trial parishes. If you have not yet got a SecureDrop and would like to sign up, please click here to download the relevant application form.
SecureDrop (Neighbour):
Nominate a neighbour to receive and sign for items on your behalf and:
SecureDrop (Postal):
Nominate one of our Collection Points at Commercial Street or Rue des Pres, to have any items requiring signature, or that are too big to go through your letter box delivered there directly:

*All new applications should be sent along with an original or certified copy of a recent utility bill, credit card or bank statement (3-6 months old and name must match the lead name on the application form).
