If you’re often out during the day and miss the postman when he brings larger items of mail, or items that need a signature on delivery, Jersey Post can offer a range of convenient alternative delivery options. There’s something to suit everyone, depending on how often you receive large, or signature on delivery items, or where perhaps you work or live.

SecureDrop - now includes Signature Items!
Choose from one of the following SecureDrop services to have your items delivered even when you’re not at home…
SecureDrop Home: Select a safely accessible, weatherproof location within the grounds of your property for items that are too big for your letter box. If you’re not at home we’ll deliver to your SecureDrop location and put a card through your door to let you know it is there. This service does not include the delivery of items requiring a signature.
SecureDrop Signature: This service is an upgrade to SecureDrop Home and permits the delivery of items requiring signature to your registered SecureDrop location or letterbox. You will need to provide us with your signature to store securely on file in the event that the sender requests proof of delivery. Jersey Post will provide you with a weatherproof barcode to affix to a smooth, dry surface in your SecureDrop location. Our delivery officers will scan this barcode to confirm delivery of your signature items.
SecureDrop Neighbour: Agree with a neighbour for them to sign for and receive items on your behalf when you’re out. We’ll put a card through your door to let you know it is there. This service includes items requiring a signature on delivery.

Out when we called? If we could not deliver your item on the first attempt, you can arrange a redelivery online via our self service portal for just £2.00 per item, or call our Customer Services team on 616616.
Redelivery can be arranged for any normal weekday during normal working hours, to any address in Jersey or to a post office for collection.
The post office locations presently available are:
– Broad Street Post Office
– St Aubin’s Sub-Post Office
Note that if you call on the day after receiving a missed delivery notice, expect redelivery on the following day, Monday to Saturday, whether to an address or a post office. If you call on the same day as receiving a missed delivery notice, expect redelivery two days later – i.e. receive missed delivery notice on a Monday and call the same day, your item will be redelivered or ready for collection on Wednesday.
