If you’re planning on going away for a length of time you might want to consider using our retention of mail service. With this service, we will hold your mail for a period of time of up to two months. The service costs from £24.00 and from receipt of the relevant paperwork, requires five working days to set up.
To apply for either of these services you need:
- To fill in an application form which can be downloaded by clicking here.
- To bring this form, together with the relevant payment, proof of ID (passport, driving licence or bus pass), and a utility bill, bank or credit card statement to any post office.
From receipt of this information, it will take approximately five working days to set up this service.
We regret that we are unable to accept postal applications for this service.
