Last Posting Dates

These are the recommended last posting dates from Jersey to these destinations:

**We advise customers to send items using our tracked and sign service as this will stand the best chance of a delivery attempt during this period of extraordinary measures. We are also not guaranteeing next day delivery services and have suspended the payment of compensation for items lost or damaged to international destinations.

Customs requirements: please note that anyone sending parcels off-island must provide electronic pre-advice customs information (EAD). This includes information on the sender, the recipient, and the details of the contents within the parcel. Please click here for more information on EAD. 

Reduced Christmas Posting Rates

To help you keep in touch with family and friends during the festive period, Christmas themed stamps will be on sale at reduced prices for card and letter-sized items from Monday 14 November until Friday 25 November 2022* at all post offices.

*After 25 November, normal postage rates apply. Reduced stamps can still be used but please add additional postage to avoid surcharges and potential delays. 

Opening Times

Broad Street and Rue Des Pres post office and parcel collection will be open at the following times between 21 November and 3 January 2023.

Please note we are not open on Public or Bank Holidays, so we will be closed on the 26, 27 December and 2 January 2023. Normal opening hours resume from 3 January 2023. 

Customers are advised to collect their items promptly from our Rue des Pres parcel collection depot to avoid items being returned to sender. Business Collection times 

Please make a note of our business collection times during the Christmas period. If you wish to post mail on the dates we are not collecting, you can do so by visiting our Broad Street and Rue des Pres post offices before 3pm.
