International Administration

Mary supports the International Administration & Settlements Team, working closely with Adam to ensure smooth and accurate international postal settlements. She assists with the reconciliation of cross‑border accounts, monitors settlement discrepancies, and helps maintain the integrity of financial and operational data shared with global postal partners.

Mary also coordinates between International and Jersey Post teams to help identify and resolve any operational or compliance matters, as well as support our Finance teams with the full settlement process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
