Ray is Jersey Post’s Head of International Regulations & Settlements, leading the team responsible for all administrative, regulatory and settlement activities linked to Jersey Post’s UPU international postal traffic. With 14 years at Jersey Post, Ray plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation remains fully compliant, informed and aligned with global postal regulatory requirements. 

Ray is actively engaged across the Universal Postal Union and other international postal bodies, contributing to expert groups and modernisation initiatives that shape the future of the global postal network. His work strengthens Jersey Post’s relationships with Designated Operators worldwide and ensures that Jersey Post continues to operate with clarity, compliance and confidence within the international regulatory framework.
