Tracy Hayward

International Director

Tracy is the leader of Jersey Post’s Global Logistics division, driving the Group’s international e‑commerce and cross‑border mail strategy for the wholesale market. In her current role, Tracy oversees the development of global delivery solutions, international partnerships, and service innovation that support Jersey Post’s expanding worldwide footprint. 

Since joining Jersey Post Group in 2014, Tracy has shaped the organisation’s international operations, first heading International Service Delivery and Partnerships before being appointed International Director in January 2024. Her work continues to strengthen Jersey Post’s position as a trusted global logistics provider, with a focus on scalable e‑commerce solutions, operational excellence, and long‑term strategic growth. 

Tracy brings more than 30 years of experience in the international post and logistics sector. Prior to joining Jersey Post, she held senior roles within Royal Mail Group, including managing European expansion strategy and serving as International Regional Director for Parcelforce and Royal Mail. In those roles, she led high‑value commercial relationships with global partners and regulatory bodies, overseeing a revenue portfolio of £450 million.
