Littlewoods Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 28 days of receiving the item. To begin your return, follow the simple steps below: 

1. Package your return item(s) securely, if you’re reusing the original packaging, please remove, cover or strike through the original barcodes on your address label.
2. Fill in the below returns form with your personal details, ensuring you complete all sections.
3. Submit the form to generate your returns label, follow the link to download and print your label. Alternatively, we've sent you an email with your return label attached to download and print. Printing facilities are available in our Post Offices. 
4. Print your returns label and affix it onto the outside of your returns package.
5. Visit one of our Island-wide Post Offices and send your return. Remember to request a receipt as proof of postage.

That’s it! Your return is complete, and your package will be delivered to the returns centre within 2-5 working day. Please note it can take up to 14 days after returning your order to receive your refund.  For more information, visit: Littlewoods returns.
