Contis, the issuer of Credecard is closing the GBP and EUR Credecard scheme. The accounts will close at the end of August 2021, so we recommend you either spend the funds on the card or withdraw the funds at a ATM as soon as possible. You can also visit our Broad Street branch where we can debit the funds from the card to you. To do this, please bring with you your card, account details and proof of ID (passport or driving license). Customers will shortly be receiving a email and/or letter from Contis with more information on the account closing.
