Our SecureDrop service lets you select a safe, weather-proof location within your home grounds as an alternative to your letterbox, so you can receive larger items even when you’re not home. This can even be used to receive signature-required items. We are also able to leave items with a neighbour of your choice with your permission.
Our 24/7 Parcel Collection service is ideal for customers who need a convenient and easy location to collect their items. Any item, even those that usually require a signature, can be delivered straight into a secure 24/7 locker for you to collect at your leisure. These can be found at various locations across the island. Prices start from just £2.
If you've missed a delivery, you can arrange to have your item redelivered to any local address and have it delivered at your convenience the very next working day.
You can set up SecureDrop in a number of ways. You can sign up online via our self-service section which can be reached by clicking here. Alternatively, you can obtain a form from any post office, or download one by clicking here. Please complete and return the form to us. The service is free and takes around 7 working days to set up.
If you would like to sign up for our 24/7 Parcel Collection service and have items delivered to a parcel locker at one of our six conveniently placed locker banks, you can do this online via our Account section.
