Moving offices? Relocating your business requires careful planning and organisation.

Minimise the impact of your office move on your valued customers by using our redirection service to ensure uninterrupted mail deliveries during and after your relocation.

Flexible subscriptions

Whether the service is required for one month or one year, our redirection service ensures any mail addressed to your old business premises is automatically forwarded to your new address. Prices start from £52 per month for local redirection, with UK and Rest of the World redirection options also available.

COVID-19 implications
Business customers receiving mail:

With many businesses asking their employees to work from home again, we are beginning to see a sudden influx in special requests regarding business deliveries. Unfortunately, as we are in the peak Christmas period, and also seeing a number of our staff having to self-isolate through contact tracing measures, we are unable to provide short term business redirections at this time. During this time, businesses have the option to: 

Continue deliveries to the office
If we deliver to your office, it must be occupied, and there should be no restriction to entry or exit at the standard delivery point. Unfortunately, we are unable to call ahead or wait for access.

Redirect mail for a minimum of 3 months

Businesses requiring a redirection for less than 3 months
We can continue to deliver to your current business location, or we can hold your items for collection at Jersey Post Rue des Pres or Broad Street. Please advise which you require by contacting

Paid for delivery and collection services
If you currently pay for a delivery or collection service and opt to collect from Rue des Pres or Broad Street, and/or if you advise us your office is closed your monthly fee is suspended. When collecting, proof of your employer will be required.

FedEx Collections
FedEx will be collected. These must be booked in by 12:00 by emailing
