Business Mail Redirection

Closing Your Business PO Box.

If your business has a PO Box that you no longer require, you can arrange for mail addressed to that PO Box to be redirected to an alternative address. This helps ensure you continue to receive important correspondence while you notify customers, suppliers and other contacts of your new mailing address. 

To close your PO Box: 

1. Contact Jersey Post to request closure of your PO Box. 
2. Provide the address where you would like your mail redirected. 
3. Choose the length of time you require the redirection service, from one month up to one year. 
4. Update your business address details with customers, suppliers and service providers during the redirection period.
