Missed a delivery? To provide our customers with greater convenience and flexibility, redeliveries can be arranged online. Customers also have the option to choose a redelivery to an alternative address or select a more convenient date for your item to be delivered.
Whilst you can arrange redeliveries for free online via your computer, tablet or smartphone, redeliveries can still be organised over the phone by contacting our Customer Care team, for an administration fee of £2 per item.
Redeliveries are free of charge. Simply log-in or register for a Jersey Post account and request your redelivery. to the same or a different address.
Alternatively, you can book a redelivery by contacting our Customer Care team on 616616, subject to a £2 per item administration fee.
Please note, FedEx and UK Mail items include one free redelivery attempt. To arrange this please contact our Customer Care team.
The parcel collection counter at Postal Headquarters, Rue des Pres Trading Estate is open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 13:00. We are closed on all Public Holidays. For further information on our opening times, please click here.
If you book online or call on the day after receiving a missed delivery notice, expect redelivery on the following day, Monday to Friday, whether to an address or a post office.
If you book online or call on the same day as receiving a missed delivery notice, expect redelivery two days later – i.e. receive missed delivery notice on a Monday and call the same day, your item will be redelivered or ready for collection on Wednesday.
