We can make life easier for you - you can pay your utility bills and apply/renew your TV license using our island-wide network of post offices*.

You can buy top-ups for your mobile phone and also purchase pay cards and car parking season tickets at some post offices.

Our quick and convenient Post & Pay kiosks at our Broad Street and Rue des Pres Post Offices are available to pay your bills and save you time.

Utility Bills

Pay your electricity, gas, water, phone and internet bills at our post office branches.*

TV Licences

TV licences can be renewed over the counter at a post office*, and there are a number of ways in which you can pay. For more information on TV licensing, please visit the TV Licensing website.

Social Security Cheques

Cash your Social Security cheques at your local post office*. To use this service, please ensure that you bring all the relevant documentation with you, including valid photographic ID.

* These services are available at any of our island-wide post offices, apart from the Departures Hall at Jersey Airport.

Do I need a debit/credit card to pay bills at the post office?

Bill payments can be made in cash, by cheque or with a credit/debit card.

If my utility bill needs to be paid on a certain day each month, can I pay it at the post office on that day, or does it need to be before the due date?

We would recommend leaving a minimum of two days to make your bill payment e.g. if your bill is due on 25th of each month, please ensure that you have paid at the post office by 23rd of each month, or closest working day to that date.

What do I need to bring with me to pay my bill?

Provided that you know your account details, we can process payment without the actual bill. If you're unsure of your account details, it's advisable to bring your printed bill receipt with you.
