Large parcels
You can send large parcels from any of our Post Offices around the island. There are two different services available.
All large parcels are sent using our tracked & signed service.
- This is a service for parcels weighing up to a maximum of 30kg. (subject to Country)
- You can track the parcel’s progress and it requires a signature on arrival.
- Jersey Post does not have control over the receiving postal authority’s service.
- We use labels for tracking information only.
- Certain items may be subject to customs clearance.
- Our standard service doesn’t include compensation.
- You can add Premium Cover in the event the item is damaged or lost.
*None of our services include a refund or compensation for delay, all goods and merchandise are subject to customs clearance.
*Large Parcels are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes.
Estimated delivery times
All items leave Jersey the same day (subject to boat departures). Once an item arrives with the receiving postal authority, they aim to deliver it within:
