2026 annual customer survey

Our annual customer survey is now open.

We value your opinion and would appreciate you taking a few moments to share your feedback on the island’s postal service.

The survey closes on Friday 6th February 2026.

Terms & Conditions

Customers can share their feedback:

  1. Online: Complete our survey here.
  2. By post: All households will receive a letter and survey through their letterbox 19th-23rd Return the survey using the pre-paid envelope in any Post Box on the island.
  3. Extra copies of the survey and pre-paid envelopes can also be collected at all Post Offices and some Parish Halls including: Grouville, St Mary, St Clement, St Saviour, St Brelade, Trinity, St Helier and St Martin.

We’ll be giving £20 worth of stamps to the first 20 customers who return a completed survey (online or by post). If we receive your survey by 6th February 2026, you can also choose to be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £100 Amazon vouchers. Please tick the box on the survey to enter. The results from the 2026 survey will be published later this year.
