Domestic Mail Redirection

The best option for anyone moving home who want peace of mind knowing they’re not missing their mail.

Our Mail Redirection service, available to Jersey residents, ensures we can safely deliver your post to your new address whilst you update your new contact information at your own pace – you can redirect your mail from a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of two years*.

This service requires:

  • Valid ID – passport, drivers license
  • Proof of your old address dated within the last 3 months – utility bill, bank statement

*Please note you can have your mail redirected for up to two years by first organising your redirection for 12 months, then extending it for another 12 months.

How to apply

Online

1. Log in to your online account.

2. Select ‘Redirection’ under the services menu.

3. Fill in your details and make the payment.

4. Email a copy of your ID and proof of address to redirectionofmail@jerseypost.com to authorise your service.

In a Post Office

1. Print out the above application form.

2. Fill in your details.

3. Return to one of our Post Offices a long with a copy of your ID, Proof of address and your payment.

The easiest way to set up a Mail Redirection is through your Online Account:

  1. Login to your Online Account.
  2. Select Mail Redirection under services.
  3. Complete the online form and payment.
  4. Email redirectionofmail@jerseypost.com with a copy of your photo ID (driver's license or passport) and proof of your old address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement).
  5. You will get an email to confirm your application - it can take up to 10 days for the service to be put in place.

Alternatively, you can obtain an application form from any Post Office and sign up at there.
