Online Postage

No. The labels that our online service produces are single use. They have unique, one time usage   serial numbers that are read and recognised by our sorting  machines so cannot be used more than once.

The labels that are produced from our online postage system need to be used within 48 hours of printing

They can be applied using glue or sellotape, but please do not sellotape over any of the barcodes. Sellotape makes it difficult for our machines to read the important codes and could result in a delay to your mail being  processed and made ready for despatch.

If you are sending parcels to the UK or internationally you must provide electronic pre-advice customs information (EAD).

Your postage label will need the following information

  • Full name of sender (middle names not required)
  • Full name of recipient (middle names not required)
  • Recipients full residential address
  • Recipients Contact details. E.g. Mobile and email
  • Description of Goods (please note that we require this information for all items within your parcel if you are sending multiple items in one package)
  • Weight
  • Quantity
  • Value

We have adapted our combined postage customs label to capture this information and to include a Universal Postal Union (UPU) compliant S10 barcode that ensures each item can be linked, via the barcode, to the electronic pre-advice information.

No, unfortunately we are unable to refund online postage once you've processed the order and the label has been produced.

We recommend that you check your postage summary before completing/confirming payment, to ensure the postage and recipient details are correct.
