Our free parcel lockers are ideal for customers who need a secure, convenient location from which to collect parcels. Any item, even those that usually require a signature, can be delivered straight into a secure 24/7 locker for you to collect at your leisure.
Secure lockers are available throughout the Island in six convenient locations including Broad Street Post Office, Rue des Pres Post Office, outside B&Q on Queen’s Road and the Co-Op in St. Peter. For every delivery, we will send you a notification email and text message, along with a unique locker code, letting you know your item is awaiting collection at your convenience.
As well as providing you with a convenient collection service, our parcel lockers also help in our ambitions to reduce our carbon emissions, by reducing transport emissions two-fold; both through our consolidated deliveries and by negating the need for you to drive to our headquarters to collect your parcels if you can travel to a locker bank nearer to your home or work.
Register online or log-in to your account and select 24/7 Parcel Collection from the services list. This service is FREE of charge.
Select your locker preference(s) from our 6 available locker locations. These include Broad Street, Springfield, B&Q, Rue des Pres, Coop St Peter and Red Houses.
Add your unique Jersey Post identification number (JPID) to the top line of your address for any item you'd like delivered to your locker.
We'll notify you when your item is ready for collection from your chosen locker location. Use the unique code you receive to access the locker and collect your delivery.
Our 24/7 Parcel Collection service is free to use! If you've not registered on our website before you'll be asked to provide card details to verify your identity, but we won't charge you for this service.

If an item we receive for you is too big to fit in the lockers, our Customer Care team will contact you to collect the item from RDP or to rearrange a delivery.
