About Jersey Post

We were established in 1969, and incorporated from the local government in 2006. Jersey Post operates a network of 14 post offices across the island. We provide postal delivery services to all Jersey households and business, five days a week, with a Saturday morning parcels delivery too.

We also have a range of complementary business services to provide a full suite of postal products and services for businesses of any size and sector. These include bulk mailing and associated support services, as well as digital print and data management.

Our international logistics business works with the best providers and global partner network of over 190 countries. Jersey Post has a comprehensive range of specialist, worldwide distribution routes so we can provide on and off-island logistics management for any size, or type of item, in order to support our clients’ own business development and growth.

Our Customer Care call centre is open 8:30am-5:30pm weekdays (except 9am on Wednesdays) and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

  • Please keep in mind that customer care will open late at 10am on 28/02/2024 due to staff training. 

The parcel collection counter at Postal Headquarters, Rue des Pres Trading Estate is open Monday to Friday  08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 13:00. We are closed on all Public Holidays. For further information on our opening times, please click here.

Every year, Jersey Post employees are asked to nominate a charity that they would like to see supported by the business for the calendar year. The charities with the most nominations are shortlisted, and the workforce vote for the winning charity. This process takes place in Q3 each year.
