Avoid your post piling up on your doorstep by using our mail retention services. Choose a time period of up to two months and we will keep your post in a secure location on our premises until your return.

Redirect your post from as little as £28 per month! Mail redirection is the best option if you need to receive your mail while away from home. You can choose any time frame from one month, up to two years.

If you're often out during the day, our range of SecureDrop services allows Jersey Post to leave letters or parcels in a safe, weather-proof location within the grounds of your property or with a neighbour.

Set up SecureDrop

You can sign up quickly and easily online by setting up a Jersey Post account. Application forms are also available from any post office, or online on the relevant service pages of this website. You can return a completed retention or redirection form to any Post Office (excluding the airport), together with the required ID and paperwork, in order to pay and complete the application process.  

Please note that once you have submitted your online application, you will be required to provide proof of identity and address prior to the service being set up. Once all relevant paperwork has been received, it takes around five working days to set up retention or redirection services. We will contact you to confirm when your services are active.

You can set up SecureDrop in a number of ways. You can sign up online via our self-service section which can be reached by clicking here. Alternatively, you can obtain a form from any post office. The service is free and takes around 7 working days to set up.
