Here at Jersey Post, you can buy top-ups for your mobile phone and also purchase pay cards and car parking season tickets at some post offices.
In a hurry? Our quick and convenient Post & Pay kiosks are available to pay your bills and save you time. These can be found at our Broad Street and Rue des Pres Post Offices.
Pay your electricity, gas, water, phone and internet bills at our post office branches.*
TV licences can be renewed over the counter at a post office*, and there are a number of ways in which you can pay. For more information on TV licensing, please visit the TV Licensing website.
Cash your Social Security cheques at your local post office*. To use this service, please ensure that you bring all the relevant documentation with you, including valid photographic ID.
* These services are available at any of our island-wide post offices, apart from the Departures Hall at Jersey Airport.
Bill payments can be made in cash, by cheque or with a credit/debit card.
We would recommend leaving a minimum of two days to make your bill payment e.g. if your bill is due on 25th of each month, please ensure that you have paid at the post office by 23rd of each month, or closest working day to that date.
Provided that you know your account details, we can process payment without the actual bill. If you're unsure of your account details, it's advisable to bring your printed bill receipt with you.
